Product description

FLOSS 407 is a synthetic polymer based fluid loss control additive for cement slurries used in well cementing operations. It is designed for low-temperature applications and performs effectively at dynamic temperatures up to 50 °C.

Application and Dosage Recommendations

  • Recommended dosage is 0.4–2.0% BWOC, depending on cement slurry density and the required fluid loss level.
  • When used at dynamic temperatures above 40 °C, include approximately 0.2% BWOC DAF plasticizer in the slurry formulation.
  • Do not use in brines.

Packaging and Storage Conditions

FLOSS 407 is supplied in 25 kg bags. 40 bags are placed on one pallet.
Store the product in closed, undamaged packaging in covered, dry warehouse facilities, away from heating devices and sources of moisture.
