FLOSS 304 is a high-performance fluid loss control additive for cement slurries. Product helps prevent interzonal fluid migration after the cement slurry has been placed in the well.

The product is used for cementing casing strings across productive formations to help preserve the original reservoir properties of the formation.

FLOSS 304 is also intended for gas and oil wells with a high gas-oil ratio, where reliable fluid loss control and gas migration control are required.

Physical Properties and Chemical Composition

FLOSS 304 is a synthetic copolymer based on organic acids and acrylamide derivatives, including AA and AMPS polymers.

Application and Dosage Recommendations

The product performs effectively across a temperature range from 0 to 210 °C
Recommended dosage: 0.2–1.0% BWOC (by weight of cement), depending on the required fluid-loss and rheological performance
The additive can be introduced into the dry cement blend or added to the mix water

Packaging and Storage Conditions

FLOSS 304 is supplied in 25 kg bags. A standard pallet contains 40 bags.
Store the product in closed, undamaged packaging in covered and dry warehouse facilities. Keep away from heating equipment, direct sources of moisture, and conditions that may compromise the packaging or product quality.
